2. How long will it take to deliver the goods?
Products that are currently in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
For international delivery please allow an additional 1 week.
3. What is your term of payment?
When you place an order, a 50% payment for the goods need to be paid via bank transfers.
Upon receiving your order and deposit payment, we will send you a
confirmation email and will notify you again when we are about to deliver the goods. The remaining balance needs to be transfered when
the goods are being delivered to your address.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for personalised stationery or orders with personalised
name request that have been sent to prints will not be accepted or
refunded.
